The delicate fruit character of this wine touches on cool Rainier cherry, its brisk acidity sweeping the finish clean. There's a mineral-soil note in the middle that keeps it savory, for cured meats.

To create Brut Rosé, Pommery selects some thirty crus. In this delicate composition, Chardonnay grapes are predominant, making up over one-third of the blend. A handful of Pinot Noir grapes are made into red wine before being blended with the Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier varieties. The Brut Rose is then aged in the Pommery cellars for an average of three years.
