93pts James Suckling
Very attractive nose of apricots, nectarines, rhubarb and red berries plus a delicate floral touch. A serious rosé with lovely creaminess yet no sense of weight until you reach the finish, but even there, there are no perceptible tannin that might clash with the lively mousse. Instead long and fresh with a hint of nuttiness. Based on the 2018 vintage with 10% reserve wines. Just 4% white base wines, the remainder red wines from Ay and Mareuil, 80% pinot noir. Drink now.

The Champagne Deutz Brut Rose is one of the best wines in the Champagne Rose category. TASTING NOTES: This wine shines with aromas and flavors of fragrant and persistent wild strawberries that stay refined through the wine's finish. Pair it with fresh salmon nigiri sashimi. This fresh and personable rosé shows fine harmony and integration, with lively acidity and an appealing range of pink grapefruit sorbet, nectarine, biscuit and graphite notes riding the raw silk-like mousse. Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Drink now
Winemaker Notes
This has a many-hued color with strong pink tinges and fine bubbles. The nose is fresh and direct, with aromas reminiscent of cherries, blackberries, pomegranates, and red currants. On the palate, the wine shows a deliciously full body that follows on perfectly from the nose. Its flavors remind one of fresh strawberries and raspberries. The finish has a pleasantly acidulous character that adds to the impression of finesse given by this romantic and well-balanced wine.
