The Pierre Moncuit Hugues de Coulmet shows an excellent mix between pure fruit and intriguing complexity.  This wine exhibits aromas and flavors of ripe fruit, yeast, and earth. Pair it with Crab Newburg.

Made of Chardonnay sourced from the Cote de Sezanne just south of the Cote des Blancs, the Hugues de Coulmet is single vintage cuvee that spends 24 months sur lie prior to release. It is an exceptional value and a great starter to any meal.
