Il Bussiador is 100% Chardonnay sourced from different vineyards within the Bussia region. The grapes for the 2018 vintage were all harvested manually over the first 10 days of September. They are fermented in wood, and then transferred to steel vats once fermentation has begun, and then placed back into wood to complete the fermentation. The Bussiador Chardonnay is a well-structured wine that can stand long cellaring. As with all of the Aldo Conterno wines, it is of limited production.
