Limpid onion skin. An expansive, highly perfumed bouquet evokes strawberry, nectarine, grapefruit zest, anise and succulent flowers. Vibrant and precise on the palate, offering intense citrus pith, red berry and honeysuckle flavors that pick up a minerally nuance with air. The floral and mineral notes repeat emphatically on a strikingly persistent finish that shows fine delineation and nervy cut.

Grenache and a touch of Tibouren come together in this soft, rich and generous wine. Acidity is beautifully integrated into the fruits and rounded texture, making this a great food wine. Drink from late 2020. Vintus LLC.

The 2019 Château Minuty Rosé et Or Côtes de Provence takes pink wines to another level. It starts strong and finishes well. This wine skillfully combines ripe, seductive red fruit with compelling savory spices. Pair it with Thai basil pork. (Tasted: August 13, 2020, San Francisco, CA)

Mainly Grenache, with a splash of Cinsault, the pale-hued 2019 Cotes de Provence Rose Rose et Or boasts intense, fruit-driven aromas of strawberries, white peaches and ripe melon. There's a suggestion of brininess, too, for added freshness. On the palate, it's medium-bodied and generous but focused, with a fine line of acidity and wet stones on the lingering finish.
Pale with crystalline reflections. Very intense citrus and white flowers. Complex with lots of freshness and finesse which reveals notes of pink grapefruit and white peach. In addition to the trademark Grenache, which the family have been pioneers in the region for emphasizing, Rose et Or has a small proportion of Cinsault. Native to the South of France, this varietal is known to produce fresh and aromatic rosé wines.
This Rose pairs well with aperitif, seafood, bouillabaisse, Asian cuisine, sushi, strawberry salad with basil.
