Color characterized by a delicate pale pink. The nose reveals a floral bouquet with marked hints of rose, elegant notes of Mediterranean scrub and pomegranate. In the mouth it reveals its natural structure, fresh and balanced to the taste. Pairing with seafood appetizers, vegetable-based first courses, meat carpaccio and fresh cheeses are particularly recommended.
