The palate is medium-bodied with fleshy tannins, a little granular in texture and attractive notes of bay leaf and allspice toward the finish. In some streets, the pediments of the houses bear sayings extolling the quality of the wines. Today, Marc-Olivier oversees the Domaine, using his expertise and passion to carry on the family’s winemaking tradition.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIn order to express our terroir and produce wines that are different from each other, we cultivate our vines to bring the soil to life. We plant seedlings at the end of the summer and use biodynamic methods on certain plots.
