The NV (2012) Blanc de Rosé is another deep, expressive wine from Rene Geoffroy. Deep and powerful, with a huge center of fruit and real intensity, the 2012 is the kind of wine that demands attention. Chardonnay keeps the flavors bright, while the Pinot is felt in the wine breadth and shape. The 2012 Blanc de Rosé is equal parts Chardonnay and Pinot from Cumières, where the wines have a natural tension that is impossible to miss. Dosage is 4 grams per liter. Disgorged: March 2016.
