The 2018 Chablis is a gorgeous wine. Floral, bright and delineated with terrific precision, the 2018 is an absolutely village-level wine. Apricot, spice and floral notes are beautifully perfumed in this mid-weight, gracious Chablis. There is so much to like here.
90pts John Gilman
On the palate the wine is deep, bright, full-bodied and quite mineral-infused, with a good core, fine focus and grip and a long, complex finish. This is an excellent villages that should age long and gracefully. 2020-2035+.
From a collection of hillside vineyards set on limestone-clay soils with vines averaging 20 years in age all from the commune of Chichee. The vines are farmed using sustainable practices and the grapes are hand harvested. Vinification and aging takes place in stainless steel using natural yeasts.
