92pts Jeb Dunnuck
The 2015 Pinot Noir Cuvée De Trois comes all from the Russian River and saw around 25% stems and 11 months in 40% new French oak. Smoked black cherries, framboise, tobacco, spring flowers, autumn leaves, and a touch of herbes de Provence all define the bouquet, and this medium-bodied beauty has a silky texture, fine yet present tannins, and a great finish. It's one of the larger production releases from this estate and is well worth seeking out if you're interested in the style of this domaine.
Winemaker Notes
Very intense red, dark cherry, raspberry on the nose. Dark plum on the palate, smooth tannins, long finish. Serious wine!
