Rich and creamy, featuring ripe apricot, pineapple and coconut notes, underscored by smoky minerality and accents of lemon meringue pie and pureed apple. Mouthwatering, with a lasting finish of toasted hazelnut. Drink now through 2018. — AN

From fruit grown in Avize and Aÿ, this pure Chardonnay is mineral textured while also full of ripe fruit. Ripe apples contrast with zingy acidity that gives a good lift at the end. This is a delicious wine to drink now. ROGER VOSS
Since 1906, LALLIER is a craft manufacture of prestigious crus de Champagne. Our Blanc de Blancs is synonymous with exception. Exceptionally elegant because 100% of its grapes coming from the noble grape chardonnay and from Grands Crus vineyards only. Exceptionally rich because 60% comes from Aÿ, a terroir usually dominated by pinot noir, and the 40% remaining comes from renown plots of the Côte des Blancs (in Avize, Cramant and Oger). Also exceptional, thanks to its recognition by wine insiders.
