Winemaker Notes

Very special terroir in Roeiro (Vezza d'Alba), which our great friend Pedro Parra is passionate about quality. Fermentation in stainless steel with indigenous yeasts, malolactic and aging in 225 l French oak (15% new wood each year) for 10 months; then it goes back for another 2 months in stainless steel.
