92pts James Suckling
A beautiful rose as always with a pink salmon color. It opens with rose petals, pink guava, grapefruit, mandarins and freshly squeezed nectarines. Medium-bodied and very salty on the palate. Lithe and oily texture, but a sharp acid backbone. Macabeo, grenache and tempranillo. Drink now.
90pts Wine Enthusiast
A stony, fresh nose is clean as a whistle, while this feels medium to full, with a faint skin-driven texture and citrus-laden acidity. Orange and nectarine flavors are bright and fairly deep, while it remains alert across a snappy finish.
90pts Tim Atkin
One of two rosés made by the Mugas - both of which are worth buying - this is the cheaper of the pair, made from a trio of mostly Garnacha with 25% Viura and 5% Tempranillo. Pale and delicate, with redcurrant and raspberry fruit and crunchy acidity. 2020-22
On the palate, the wine has good acidity, slight citrus fruit notes and a long aftertaste. It pairs well with fish tartar, ceviche, salad, pasta, rice dishes.
