The 2018 Viognier 20M3 springs from the glass with gorgeous peach blossoms, poached pears, apple pie and allspice notes plus a waft of paraffin wax. Medium-bodied, the palate has gorgeous purity, expression and freshness with a satiny texture and long, spicy finish.
100% Viognier. Whole-clusters straight to press, no settling. Fermented and aged in terra cotta amphorae. Bright acidity on the attack, honeydew, honeysuckle and honey, peach, full mid palate blending floral and fruit, with nice density balanced by bright acidity, finishes with peach, lychee, honeysuckle, pecorino and melon.
