It has a ruby red colour and it shows on the nose hints of raspberries, black cherries and licorice. The palate is well balanced, excellent acidity and refined tannins, which give the wine a perfect aromatic concentration. We recommend serving it at a temperature of 16-18 °C.

Excellent in combination with pasta with meat sauce, especially if game, or dishes based on truffles and wild herbs. Well worth to try it also in combination with roasted pork, stews and baked potatoes.
