The 2018 Felseneck Riesling Kabinett opens clear and reductive but intense on the nose that is reminiscent of risotto rice. Lush and round but also clear and piquant on the palate, this is a very elegant, pure and bright Kabinett from the slate soils of the Felseneck. 9% alcohol. Tasted in October 2019 (AP 12 19).

Winemaker Notes

Golden-yellow grapes with green hints
