Golden color; creamy and rich with syrupy texture and toasty botrytis flavors; sweet, smooth and ripe with lovely style.
91pts International Wine Report
The 2013 ‘Botrytis Riverina’ Semillon is a fantastic effort from Three Bridges. This wine opens with aromas of crème brûlée, bananas Foster, vanilla cream and pineapple. There are flavors of golden delicious apple, bananas Foster, Meyer lemon rind, butterscotch and orange marmalade. Nice weight and complexity, the finish lingers in this impressive sticky. (Best 2016-2024).
91pts Wine Enthusiast
This is full and rich but not overly heavy or sweet, coming across as similar to a well-balanced peach compote or cobbler. Hints of mushroon, cinnamon and clove add depth and complexity. JOE CZERWINSKI
Fruit sourced from the Riverina region. Light gold in colour. Elegant bouquet of pineapple, marmalade & botrytis characters. A luscious palate of peach & citrus flavors combines with botrytis sweetness, finishing with a slight touch of refreshing acidity.
Ideal accompaniment to caramelised pear with marscapone cream, drizzled over seasonal fruit with ice cream, blue vein cheese, dried fruit and nuts
