You might not have heard of Roussillon, heck, you may not even want to try to pronounce it. But that wine region in the Southeast of France has quite a few tricks up its sleeve, and once you try them, you'll get it. We grabbed up a bunch of the 2018 Domaine Lafage Cuvee Nicolas Vieilles Vignes de Grenache because true old-vine Grenache + a score in the 90's (92pts -WA) + $14.97 retail = A no brainer, slam-dunk. Pick up some bottles and follow suit, you might have just found your new favorite wine region! Oh, and we got more of the Baby Rombauer Chardonnay - 2019 Harken, click the button below to pick some of that up too. Stay safe, stay healthy and drink well. David Werlin Redneck Wine Crew
We all need bargains these days (well, all days) and the El Enemigo Chardonnay delivers each vintage. I have been very impressed with all their wines, and think you will be too. El Enemigo translates as 'the enemy.' Nodding to the fact that at the end of any journey, most remember only one battle — the one fought within (the original enemy). This is the battle that defines us. The wines of El Enemigo are a tribute to those internal battles that make us who we are, brought to fruition by a winemaker, Alejandro Vigil, and a historian, Adrianna Catena who share a love of wine and reach back in time to capture the era when European immigrants first settled in Argentina. We keep getting this great deal and keep selling out. I wish it this easy to sell great Napa Cabernet all the time. Inglenook is a storied name in Cabernet and is old-school Napa. These wines have a history that goes back many moons (and vintages). This classic Cabernet sells out quickly and at this price there is a good reason. Prices are starting to jump up on Napa Cabernets after the fires (so awful) and the 2015 Inglenook Cabernet is $125.00 at the winery but $49.97 at Redneck. Shhhh, don't tell so we can keep this deal going. I love these old school Napa Cabernets. Stay safe, stay healthy and drink well. Tim Alberdi Redneck Wine Crew
Belle Glos is a household name, and they make some of the most popular and deliciously smooth Pinot Noir coming out of California today. With their big dip of red wax over the top of the bottle, and lush, silky juice, a Belle Glos Pinot makes for a fantastic gift (even for yourself). Well, we just got a very special addition to our Belle Glos offerings, the Silver Wax Dipped 2011 Taylor Lane Pinot Noir. What's even better is that they come in Magnums! In fact, they only come in magnums, and that's because this is a seriously limited and hard to get wine, especially at anything close to your Redneck price of $129.97 (the winery itself is selling it for $300!). Winery-aged until 2019, this is the first time this wine has ever been released to retail stores. Stay safe, stay healthy and drink well. David Werlin Redneck Wine Crew
We love calling the Harken Barrel Fermented Chardonnay 'Baby Rombauer.' It immediately gets the point across that this wine has a solid amount of toasted oak and (therefore) buttery goodness in every drop, but for a literal fraction of the price! The Holidays saw us blow through the 2018 vintage like I've never seen before, and the 2019 (which remains at the awesome price of $9.97!) is right on its heels in the best way. No reviews on it yet, so get a few bottles and score it yourself! A rich velvety Chardonnay that's easy on the wallet at the same time, what more could you ask for?
