Shipping and Bottle Information
Notice to shipping customers - COVID pandemic related carrier delays appear to have abated. Occasional shipment delays may still occur.
First off, most vintages are up to date on our site. But they do change at some point during each year. We do our best to verify every shipment. If a vintage changed on your selected wine before we filled your order, we'll confirm with you before sending. We do not knowingly make any substitutions to your order without your consent.
Here at Redneck, we like to keep things pretty simple when it comes to our shipping.
If you are in our neck of the woods, South Tampa FL, you may choose Store Pickup on checkout. It costs nothing extra. As soon as you receive a confirmation email for pick up, you can come to the store to retrieve your order. Plus, you get to see our friendly faces. You can always give us a call if you need anything extra, or need to make changes to your order at 813-837-0004. We are open for pick up anytime during our regular store hours.
For shipments, we use ground shipping with FedEx (preferred) or UPS. TX deliveries are with LSO. Express shipping is by FedEx. During weather extremes, if you have not elected the hold option, we may check with you to confirm timing. Ultimately, it is up to you to provide guidance for timing your shipment.
In the absence of specific instructions, we will ship your order at the earliest date practicable. Carriers are currently shipping and delivering 7 days a week. Thus, deliveries may occur on any day of the week. Additional shipping options are available for added cost. Styro/icepack boxes are currently difficult to obtain and not an option at this time. Contact us if you don't see the method you desire.
Note: ground deliveries within Florida are next day, with the exception of the Florida Keys which are 2 days, and the western panhandle, which is 1 or 2 days.
Note: for the hold option, we collect shipping cost up front plus a modest storage fee (currently $5)
We ship to all US States with the exceptions of Kentucky, Michigan, Mississippi, Utah, and Hawaii. Due to recent developments, shipping to KY may be possible in later 2021.
Shipping costs are as follows:
Order Total > $180 = First Shipped Box Free. $7.50/ Each Additional Box
Order Total < $180 = First Shipped Box $12 $7.50/ Each Additional Box
Order Total > $180 = First Shipped Box $15 $7.50/ Each Additional Box
Order Total < $180 = First Shipped Box $24 $7.50/ Each Additional Box
Western US: (AK,AZ,CA,CO,ID,MT,ND,NM,NV,OR,SD,WA,WY)
Order Total > $180 = First Shipped Box $25 $12.50/ Each Additional Box
Order Total < $180 = First Shipped Box $30 $12.50/ Each Additional Box
An adult over the age of 21 with a valid ID must be present to accept wine deliveries. Your tracking number will be sent to you by email upon shipment. We cannot control time-of-day for your delivery. If your order is returned due to unavailability for delivery, additional charges will apply for reship. Please consider shipping/redirecting to a FedEx Onsite or UPS Store when you are not able to receive your shipment at home. Deliveries to FedEx or UPS sites should specify the carrier name in the shipping address, so we choose the correct shipping carrier.
If there are any problems with your order, either the product itself or an issue during shipping, we will do our absolute best to make sure the issues get resolved with as little inconvenience to you as possible.
