F.A.Q.
If I sign up for the Wine Club today, when do I pick up my first wine bottles? Will wines be available before or after pick up date/party?

Your first pickup after joining the Wine Club will always be for the month after you join. ie: You join in April, first pickup is 3rd Saturday in May.

When can I pick up my monthly wine allocation if I can not attend the Saturday pickup party? What timeframe is the wine pickup party?

The pickup party is the third Saturday of every month from 2PM - 5PM. If you can’t make it, you can pick up your bottles any day or time after that, during normal Redneck Wine Shop business hours.

What if I cannot pick up my wines every month? What happens to my wines/ member perks if I am on vacation for a few months?

We understand that not everyone will be able to make it to the pickup party, and that Club Members may be out of town for extended periods of time. We will happily hold onto your allocated bottles through the current month and into the following month as well until you’re able to swing by. If you’re going to be out of town or otherwise unavailable for longer than that, please give us a call and we will happily find a solution that works for you.

Is this only for local wine lovers?

Not at all! We will happily ship your club bottles to you. Just pick your shipping option at checkout as usual.

If I cancel my wine subscription when do my perks run out?

Your bar credit automatically refills to $20 on the 1st and expires on the last day of each month. If you cancel, your bar credit perk will expire on the last day of the month that you paid for and just not refill for the next one.

How do I update credit card info and/or cancel subscription? When will my cancellation take place? How far in advance do I need to cancel to not be charged for future months?

Your payment method, charges and membership are all under your complete control via your account profile.
