Tasting Notes
White gold in colour with silvery highlights. Delicate aromas of white flowers, followed by fruity notes of white peach & grapefruit. On the palate, notes of flower, fruit & spices, including elderberry, poached pear, cumin & green pepper.
The structure of this cuvée recalls the grace of the Carnation, an emblematic motif of Art Nouveau. Its notes evoke the delicacy of this flower.
This prestigious cuvée pairs naturally with noble ingredients: king prawns with creamy polenta, sole meunière, Parmesan or Comté cheese.
