Fiulot is an intense, vibrant ruby red color. On the nose, aromas of red fruit open to notes of plums and cherries. Its palate is fresh and exceptionally pleasant.

This wine pairs well with simple dishes such as hors d’oeuvres, soups, risotto, and pasta.

Winemaker Notes

"Fiulot" in Piemonte’s local dialect means "young man". This Barbera is delicate and easy to drink, a youthful expression of its fruit and aromas.
