Winemaker Notes

A greedy nose, open the tasting and festifs aperitifs. In mouth, roundness and stone fruits flavors, give sweetness sensation, while fresh: a blanc de noirs signed Voirin-Jumel. To serve with salt aperitif, cheese or salt cake.

Locally produced , precise and delicate Champagnes.  The domain is located in Cramant , prestigious village 'Grand Cru' of the côte des Blancs.  Voirin – Jumel has been a family farm for 5 generations. Taking care of creating Champagnes worthy of the legendary Grand Cru terroirs. The family vineyard covers 13 hectars, harvested and pressed by us. Our vineyard approach is natural. 

It is not enough to have a Grand Terroir, you have to respect it.
