The 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon is a bold, racy wine. A burst of super-ripe red cherry fruit, plum, mocha, licorice and sweet oak is amplified in this extroverted Cabernet Sauvignon from Edge proprietor Ray Signorello. There's a good deal of Alexander Valley earthy/savory complexity to play off of the wine's natural exuberance. It's a gorgeous wine for the money.

Winemaker Notes

An edge above all others, the 2021 will greet you right away with a layered bouquet replete with cherries, black licorice, black currant, baking spices and leading into espresso and tobacco leaf. A nuanced and structured wine, the tannins are firm yet soft and expressive. The flavors and mouthfeel come to life with the lively acidity that enhances the length on the finish.
