Roasted black cherry and blackberry aromas ride alongside black raspberry and plum on the nose. Black fruit leads on the palate and briefly dips its toe into a pool of red cherry followed by supportive, grippy tannins that flesh out the finish. Pair with Beef Bourgogne and roasted lamb.

Winemaker Notes

The pleasure of Southern Rhone sunshine. Seductive nose of small red fruits, coriander and bay leaf. Meaty yet silky, with notes of licorice and spices, elegant tannins and a good aromatic persistence.

Great wine with grilled lamb or pork, seared ahi tuna, or young cheeses.

Blend: 60% Grenache, 30% Syrah, 10% Mourvèdre
