Intense verbena, honeysuckle and chamomile notes lead off here, followed quickly by vivacious yellow apple, quince and white peach flavors. They catch up soon enough, allowing the floral and fruit elements to entwine beautifully through the quinine-tinged finish. Drink now through 2035. 150 cases imported.

Some chalky, wet-stone aromas are backed by very attractive pears and poached apples. On the palate, this has a layered feel with a strong core of saline mineral and plenty of rich honey and poached pears. Long and fleshy. From organically grown grapes.

Winemaker Notes

Complex yet subtle, with aromas of quince, walnut, honey, ginger, acacia with a hint of linden-tree. The palate it is very elegant with a fine and lengthy finish.
