The 2021 Côtes Du Rhône Blanc sports a light gold hue as well as bright peach, honeyed flowers, and chalky mineral-like nuances. With a tight, focused, almost reductive style, it's beautifully done and a gorgeous white that should evolve for 3-4 years, if not longer.

A straightforward white, with lemon verbena and dried herbs infusing yellow apple and fresh apricot flavors. Reveals a note of creamed honey, which adds richness to the fresh palate. Grenache Blanc, Clairette, Bourboulenc, Roussanne and Viognier. Drink now through 2025. 1,500 cases made, 224 cases imported.

50% Grenache Blanc, 15% Clairette, 15% Bourboulenc, 10% Viognier, 10% Roussanne. This blend reflects the complexity of a qualitative terroir, while the vinification brings a clear and beneficial vivacity and freshness, with a hint of minerality.
