Sourced in Wachenheim and Ruppertsberg, the 2022 Riesling Trocken is intensely yellow in color and offers saline notes of yellow and green apples intertwined with finely stony aromas. Very elegant and with lush, refined fruit, this is a substantial dry Riesling with moderate body and a stringent and still young but promising finish with muscles. This should be cellared for another year, if possible, or open the bottle a day or two before you consume it to let it breathe."
