Bright light yellow in color. Pronounced flavors with ripe stone fruit and citrus notes. Delicious with persistent fruit flavors, well balanced with its moderate acidity;
long lasting finish.

Winemaker Notes

Cankaya, the favourite white wine of Turkey, is produced from Emir, Narince and Sultana grapes, grown  in the selective vineyards of Central Anatolia and Aegean regions.  This elegant, persistent and well balanced wine is best when served at 6 - 8 degrees C and matches perfectly with grilled chicken and fish, seafood salads, pastas and fresh cheeses.
