A very subtle and complete malbec with blueberry, blackberry and cedar character and hints of orange peel. Some sandalwood as well. Medium-bodied with ultra-fine tannins and a gorgeous finish that caresses the palate. Drink or hold.

The 2021 Malbec Mariflor hails from Campo Los Andes in the Uco Valley and was aged for up to 14 months in French oak barrels, 20% of them new. Purple in color. It offers enticing aromas of crushed plum, rose and violet on the nose. Juicy and bold, the wine's finely-grained, reactive tannins and balanced acidity produce a pleasant mouthfeel. This is a stylish, high-altitude Malbec.
