Tasting Notes

Pale, salmon color. Citrus notes (lime, grapefruit), blackcurrant, bigarreau cherry and raspberry. Notes of yellow grapefruit (tart and sweet), white peach and raspberry.

Pair with Cold zucchini and basil velouté, Provençal tian with fresh goat's cheese, Red Fruit Pavlova.

Serve very cold - ideally chilled
