A linear, soft yet dense and flat rosé with no alcohol. Some passion fruit on the nose followed by a sweet and flat palate. Drink now.

Tasting Notes

Pale salmon colour. A bouquet of aromas combining citrus fruit (grapefruit) and red fruit (strawberry and cherry). Round on the palate, pleasantly fruity and greedy.

Pair with Tomato tartare, Vegetable tart, Niçoise oreillettes, Strawberry soup

Serve very cold - ideally chilled
