This wine is rich and concentrated, with aromas of boysenberry, cassis and cedar. The wine is creamy in the mid-palate with vanilla cream and cardamon spice. Black licorice, bittersweet chocolate and dried herbs bring everything together for a smooth finish. Pair with beef stew.

Omen Cabernet Sauvignon comes from Paso Robles, for richness and depth, and Sierra Foothills, for structure and balance. Long maceration creates depth and structure and moderate use of oak leads to a rich and nicely balanced wine.
