Grassy and spicy on the nose with some preserved lemon and herbs and just a tiny hint of a rubbery pencil eraser. The palate shows more lemon, yellow apple and the salinity of crushed stones pointed up by acid.

Winemaker Notes

Heady aromas of citrus, yellow stone fruit and Mediterranean scrub are front and center in this lovely white. A blend of Catarratto, Pinot Bianco, Sauvignon, Traminer Aromatico and Moscato, the bright, savory palate features juicy peach, ripe pear, orange zest and fennel seed alongside crisp acidity.
