This wine should be rated much higher, not sure why it's not. I drink expensive Cabernets all the time (I have a wine store and cellar full of them, to be fair) but I always go back to the Davies Cabernet Sauvignon and so should you.

A solid, deep red with notes of ripe blackberries and blueberries, as well as touches of fresh violets and iodine. Some hazelnuts and chocolate, too. Full body, fine-grained tannins and a deep, savory-fruit profile. Long finish. Drink or hold.

A good value, the 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon Napa Valley has plenty of classic darker cassis and currant-like fruits as well as medium to full body, hints of spicy oak and tobacco, silky tannins, and outstanding length. This charming, balanced, delicious 2019 should be drunk over the coming decade. 1800 cases.

The 2019 Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon opens with bountiful aromas of ripe blackberry, black cherry, raspberry compote with light notes of vanilla, anise and coffee beans. Integrated tannins anchor the wine’s palate, carrying flavors of dense blueberry and dark chocolate, with hints of vanilla and white pepper, leading to a youthful finish.
