A charming and seductive wine, very nice in the mouth, fresh and fruity, of a very pure aromatic expression. Just 10 months in oak. To be drunk young.

The Wine

Caroline's Burgundy Chardonnay comes from a 2 hectare plot and is rooted in a mixture of limestone and clay soils. The vines were planted in 1957 and 2019. The wine is allowed to mature for 12 months, half in wooden barrels and half in vats. Caroline does not use batonnage on the Bourgogne blanc so as not to endanger the fresh fruit and acidity. A super fresh and elegant Chardonnay that scores with a noticeable acidity and not too strong body. Here citrus aromas meet exotic nuances and white fruits.
