Winemaker Notes

Culled from vineyards from the north, middle, and southern parts of the slope, this blend lends complexity and concentration. Fermented and vinified in barrel, with no batonage, the portion of new oak used is about 20%. Rich, full-bodied, with warm spice notes and dairy aromas, this is classic Puligny. Pair with chicken and olive tagine.
