Nice dark chili chocolate, black olives, charred cedary wood and roasted sweet spices with rich blackberries and ripe blackcurrants. Rich and medium- to full-bodied with fine tannins and a long, flavorful finish. From biodynamically grown grapes with Demeter certification. Drink or hold.

Tasting Notes

A beautifully aromatic single-varietal red with an excellent structure. We sort our Cabernet Franc grapes twice, first in the vineyard then at the sorting table, to make this wonderful wine.

Well-structured, it is excellent paired with aged cheeses and grilled and roasted red meats.
