About the Wine

We have a great relationship with Landry's restaurant group and the team at Del Frisco's, so when my mentor Keith Goldston, MS, Landry's corporate wine buyer, asked if we could collaborate on something together, we were very excited to produce Lot 1981 for Del Frisco's "by the glass" Cabernet Sauvignon. This wine is remarkable in its approachability and is meant for enjoying young in contrast to the Reserve bottling which is built for cellaring.

About the Winery

Alta Nova is a collaboration between an accomplished winemaker and a master sommelier who share an ambition to reach “new heights” with Cabernet Sauvignon. The wine is sourced from some of the most celebrated vineyards in the Napa Valley.
