Intoxicating aromas of Bing cherry and black currant. Delicious mid-palate sweetness, gently gripping tannin, finishing with hints of espresso and vanilla bean. A thoroughly ripe vintage with great aging potential. Located next to the Hourglass Blueline property and across the street from the famous Three Palms Vineyard, Switchback Ridge Vineyards has been farming their pristine land for decades and Bob Foley has been the man behind the incredible wine since the first vintage in 1999. The rich, rocky soils of this beautiful vineyard property consistently produce low yields of intensely flavored fruit, resulting in extremely concentrated, fruit driven wines that are the hallmark of Switchback Ridge.
