Winery Notes
The terroir of the vineyard is clay limestone soils. Parcels are selected. Hand-picked grapes are sorted in the vineyard and cellar. Cold pre-fermentation maceration. Manual punching down and long vatting. Wine is aged in oak barrels of one and two wines (14 months). Aging in bottles (24 to 36 months). The cellaring time is 10 years.
Tasting Notes
Complex nose of red and black fruits. Round in the mouth and smooth. Soft and silky tannins. Long length on the palate with fruit and sweet spices on the finish.
