Winemaker's Notes

This white Châteauneuf-du-Pape from the Usseglio brothers is a great tasting cuvée aged 60% in oak barrels and 40% in stainless steel vats and amphorae. It reveals itself with beautiful notes of toasted bread, butter and vanilla but the fruit is not left out with beautiful ripe aromas of pear, apricot, mirabelle plum and peach. A touch of white flowers completes the panorama and also contributes to the definition of this great white wine from the Rhône Valley. A delight!
