Winemaker Notes

A bright native white, which leaves a trail of pleasant memories. The maximum expression of its territory, this white wine is produced from the Tocai Friulano grape, vinified in steel and aged in wood: it has a bright yellow color with golden hues, an intense flavor with the typical pleasant hint of almond. It opens full, harmonious and closes with good persistence.

Excellent with raw ham, cream soups, fish and white meats, chicken tikka masala, tacos, fajitas.

An easygoing friulano with lightly spicy dried-apricot and peach character and just a whiff of sweetness to the fruit. Medium-bodied with relaxed acidity and a mild, spicy fruit finish. Sustainable. Enough going on to keep the interest up. Drink now.
