Tasting Notes

Beautiful pale and luminous robe with a eau-de-rose hue, enhanced by hints of peach and melon. Elegant and refined, the nose opens with floral notes of linden and jasmine, gradually evolving into delicate aromas of vineyard peach and watermelon.

On the palate, this wine captivates with its vibrant energy, supported by a mineral backbone that adds depth and tension. Bright citrus and tangy red fruit notes balance the wine’s natural fruitiness. Expressive and harmoniously balanced, it lingers beautifully on the finish.

Perfect as a pairing for a sea bass tartare marinated with citrus or exotic fruits like Yuzu. Alternatively, try it with a chicken supreme enhanced with Espelette chilli pepper and a Summer salad.
