A bright straw/yellow hue, the 2022 Chardonnay Inox Unoaked is spritely and fresh with notes of lime zest, citrus blossoms, green apple, and crushed stones. Long and persistent through the palate, it has a focused nature, medium body, and a zesty lift of saline on the finish. Refreshing and vibrant, it offers a great value and is versatile to either drink on its own or at the table.

Winemaker Notes

The aromatics are clean and pretty with lovely aspects of Asian pear, yellow apple, and mango, all lifted by notes of fresh-squeezed lemonade. There is juiciness and weight on the front palate, while flavors of ripe stone fruit and lemon meringue come forward as the wine evolves. It finishes with a delicate balance between sweet and tart flavor dimensions and a subtle richness in texture.
