Long and persistent through the palate, it has a focused nature, medium body, and a zesty lift of saline on the finish. Refreshing and vibrant, it offers a great value and is versatile to either drink on its own or at the table.

The old guard stainless steel Chardonnay of the Willamette Valley has shifted its fruit sources north to Washington state. Its Golden Delicious apple and Bosc pear aromas are joined by a trace of wet modeling clay. The same orchard fruit appears on the palate, along with flavors of lemon basil and pine-like sage.

Winemaker Notes

The aromatics are clean and pretty with lovely aspects of Asian pear, yellow apple, and mango, all lifted by notes of fresh-squeezed lemonade. There is juiciness and weight on the front palate, while flavors of ripe stone fruit and lemon meringue come forward as the wine evolves. It finishes with a delicate balance between sweet and tart flavor dimensions and a subtle richness in texture.
