The 2022 Mannequin features evocative notes of grapefruit oil, juicy peaches, and honeysuckle with touches of mandarin peel and marzipan. The full-bodied palate is bursting with spiced pears flavors with citrusy sparks, supported by a lively line and satiny texture, finishing with a gingery lift.

Winemaker Notes

The 2022 Mannequin pours a luminous gold core with flecks of emerald, which appear stunning in the glass. Aromatic notes of yellow peach, crème fraiche and graham cracker emanate without much coaxing. On the palate, bright hints of white peach, bosc pear, caramel apple, candied walnut and lemon pith envelop and coat effortlessly. A round finish and supple mouthfeel give way to a touch of toffee at close.
