An even bright crimson. A little fresh cherry fruit on the nose, definitely in the crunchy style on the palate too, with good length and quite fine tannins. The plots are 42 and 35 years old. Drink from 2028-2032.

Burghound

This is also aromatically quite expressive with its cool and pure nose featuring the essence of red pinot fruit along with more prominent earth influence. The vibrant and attractively textured, if not particularly dense, flavors flash a subtle minerality on the lightly rustic and markedly firmer finale. This well-made effort should repay 5 to 8 years of keeping.
