Well-cut acidity is integrated with the refined mousse and notes of ripe black cherry and blackberry paste, Meyer lemon peel, biscuit and white blossoms. The finish is lingering and mineral-driven. A golden yellow hue, the NV Champagne Tradition Premier Cru Brut is packed with yeasty aromas of fresh bread dough, golden peach, chamomile, and ginger. A youthful and fluffy mousse fills the palate, and the wine leans toward a full-bodied style, revealing a rich texture as the mousse settles down, with a well-balanced and broad-shouldered mid-palate and finish.

Winemaker Notes

This Champagne is a golden yellow hue with fine mousse. It has a fresh nose of dried fruit apricot with a hint of citrus. It has a smooth palate and a fruity fresh apricot, white peach and citric aromatic finish.

Blend: 40% Meunier, 35% Chardonnay, 25% Pinot Noir
