This wine is a classic expression of Pinot Noir from a consumer favorite. Although the vintage was cool, with some heat spikes and rain, they still managed to produce a dynamic supple, red-berried, crushed herb dynamo, with remnants of oolong black tea on the nose and flavors of strawberry, blood orange zest, and maple with a silky finish.

A pretty wine with classic flavors and an elegant texture. Aromas of red tea, cherries, black tea and cinnamon lead to a silky palate of red cherries, strawberries and a touch of rhubarb. Light tannins, a full body and subtle oak nuances, even though more than 40% of the French barrels the wine aged in were new.

On the palate, it offers a beautifully balanced experience with smooth tannins and refreshing acidity alongside flavors of blackberry, leather and breakfast tea. A reflection of its depth and complexity, it slowly departs with a long, lingering finish.
